I finally finished the writing portion of this first manuscript and I started the editing process. Kind of. I’m going over the whole thing with Grammarly and it’s giving me fits. I’ll figure it out, but I’m also busy this week so it’ll have to wait.

I’m moving and not for good reasons, so I’m not looking forward to it. But it is what it is, and I roll with the punches. I’m going to use this new phase to really work on my manuscripts and get them all ready for publishing. Especially this first one.

The first manuscript (we’ll call it Book 1 to make it easier, cuz I’m lazy) is a behemoth. Using Grammarly will shave the word count down to manageable size. As it is, though, it’s sitting at 102,600 words, which I’m told is a lot. I could be wrong, what do I know? This is my first manuscript.
